Free at Last, Free at Last

Freedom, my friends, has a name. And it is VW. WE GOT OUR CAR!!! 6 months and many carpools later, we can now drive ourselves anywhere we want at any time. Hallelujah! Of course, now we'll have to pay for gas again, but prices were so high in California when we left that the Jamaican prices (a little less than $1/liter) don't seem that abnormal. Everything is so expensive here that I don't really notice prices anymore anyway. A trip to the grocery store for milk, cereal, and fruit can easily run $50. Oh, well, you've got to eat, right?
